Our current shipping rates. We are working on shipping rates to more countries. We ship all of our products worldwide so please email me so I can work out a shipping price for you.

Depending on your exact location there may be extra local custom fees, duties, taxes or delivery fees - these are the responsibility of the online customer.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We focus on quality throughout the production process so if you're not satisfied with your merchandise please get in touch as soon as possible, so we can make it right! This is only available for the Quaddock.

  • Please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase.

  • The merchandise will need to be in original condition.

  • We'll refund the amount of your purchase (less shipping).

  • International orders will need to pay for return shipping.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method you made your payment for the order, once the merchandise has arrived back at Quaddock™ HQ

Your Quaddock™ is also backed by 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty, should a major component of the Quaddock™ fail due to a manufacturing defect in it’s first two years of life please contact us and we’ll make it right.
